At Black Cat Investigations, we believe that every client (and every case) is unique. This is mind it can be hard, not to mention a little unfair on you, to work from a generic price list. We prefer to gather a little information from you over the phone and provide you with a solution that takes into account geographical location, the time you need us to put in for you and most importantly - your budget.

All that in mind though, the table below highlights some of our most popular services together with the starting prices for those services. Worth bearing in mind though are the little things that make us completely unique in our industry: 

	We do not charge mileage or petrol fees
	We dont charge for additional Agents on a job, as standard, we guarantee at least two people for each job
	We dont charge for additional out of pocket expenses (unless agreed)
	We dont charge any reporting fees or evidence preparation fees
	We guarantee NO HIDDEN CHARGES whatsoever
	Your Credit or debit card payment is guaranteed by Streamline (RBS) meaning that if we dont do what we say we will do, your money is refunded in full!

At Black Cat Investigations, we aim to make our services available to everybody who needs them and have introduced a number of flexible pricing options to demonstrate this, together with our price promise:

If you find a cheaper quotation for the same
service from another professional investigation
agency, we will match it.

Ways to pay include

• Spread Payment Schemes - If you cant afford to pay for your service all at once, we can arrange to spread the payments out for you over 2 or 3 months.

• Fixed Fee - We quote you one all encompassing price to complete the job, no matter how long it takes us, and this is the most you will ever pay us

• Hourly Rate - At the initial consultation stage, we agree with you an hourly rate and offer an estimate of how long an operation will take us based on similar jobs we have done. We will offer you reports and time sheets to support our invoicing, and advise you of any potential issues such as overseas travel etc. 

• Capped Hourly Rate - This works effectively the same as the normal hourly rate, but we agree at the consultation stage the maximum amount you are willing to pay and contact you as that ceiling is approached. If the case is not closed at that point, you then have the choice as to whether to allow us to continue with the investigation or not.

Paramount to us is clarity. At all times you will know how much our services cost, what these costs include and exclude and what you can expect from us for the money you have paid.
